have a hard time reviewing books that are part of or set in the world of ice and fire. Because I'm not just a casual fan. I started the main series right after Dance came out at that point I'd not watched any of the show. I read all five of the books back to back. I've read the entire published series 3 times, and all the realted books at least twice. I watch YouTubes and listen to podcasts about asoiaf, and at any given moment am willing to talk to any random stranger about all things asoiaf. So not casual fan. There was just no way I wouldn't like this book. I think the mystery knight was probably my favorite story in this book. I liked that the humor was a bit more of overt. Somtimes I think the humor in asoiaf is a bit sly. Even if you are a more casual fan I think thses short stories would be enjoyable. Although the repeats of names over the centuries can make for very confusing reading
