Every review I've seen for this book has been glowing, and I have to admit I thought it excellent as well. I thought it had a nice mystery mixed with an unreliable narrative to keep you guessing. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 star was that the plot twist wasn't really all that blindsiding to me at least. I still really enjoyed it though. The use of a black out alcohol as an unreliable narrator was a new one for me. Being in Rachel 's head was cringe inducing at time, but I think that was the Point. Overall I agree that this book is going to be a winner this year.
